By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms specified in this Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time, and updated terms will take effect once published on our official store. Your continued use of our website after policy updates means you accept the revised rules.
1. Shipping Destinations & Standard Shipping Fees
We deliver to most countries and regions around the world with fixed standard shipping rates as below:
1. United States
Standard Shipping Fee: $6.00 per order
2. United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Australia, Canada and other 7 European countries
Standard Shipping Fee: $8.00 per order
3. Mainland China
Standard Shipping Fee: $9.00 per order
4. Rest of World (220+ countries & regions including Afghanistan, Albania, Åland Islands, etc.)
Standard Shipping Fee: $9.00 per order
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on your checkout page and order confirmation email. We do not offer free shipping currently.
• Once your payment has been verified, standard orders will be packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items will be dispatched in accordance with the pre-scheduled time stated on the product page.
Delivery time starts from the date the courier picks up your package, excluding order processing days:
• United States: 7 – 15 business days
• UK, European Countries, Canada, Australia: 8 – 18 business days
• Mainland China: 3 – 7 business days
• Other global regions: 10 – 25 business days
Important Notice on Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimated only and not legally guaranteed. Shipment delays may occur from customs inspection, international flight adjustments, local postal backlogs, extreme weather, public emergencies, regional policy changes and other force majeure situations. We will help you track your package actively but will not take liability for any losses caused by shipping delays.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
• For all international shipments outside mainland China, any import duty, VAT, customs clearance fee, brokerage fee and other local charges levied by the destination customs shall be paid entirely by the buyer.
• We are not responsible for package detention, confiscation, destruction or return caused by violating local import laws, incomplete customs declaration information or restricted product regulations.
• If your parcel is returned to our warehouse due to customs issues, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you need redelivery, you will be required to pay a new shipping cost.
5. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Liability
1. You will receive a unique tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can check real-time logistics updates in your account order page or the official website of the logistics provider.
2. If tracking information stops updating for more than 7 business days, or the system shows "delivered" while you never receive the parcel, please contact our customer service immediately for an official investigation.
3. Once the courier marks your package as successfully delivered, we will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Please provide a secure and valid delivery address to receive your goods safely.
• You must submit an accurate, complete shipping address, postal code and valid contact phone number when checking out.
• Any delivery failure, misdelivery, return or delay resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information is at your own risk. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for returned packages caused by address errors.
• We cannot modify or reroute your shipping address once your parcel has been dispatched.
7. Parcel Inspection Upon Receipt
Please carefully check the outer package condition before signing for your parcel. If you notice obvious breakage, water damage, deformation or package tearing, you have the right to refuse acceptance and contact us right away with clear photos as evidence.
Once you or your authorized agent (family member, neighbor, property management, parcel locker) signs for the package, it confirms the parcel is delivered intact. We will not accept damage or missing item claims without valid proof after signed receipt.
8. Return & Exchange Shipping Terms
• If returns or exchanges are required due to our mistakes (wrong item shipped, product defect, missing accessories), we will cover the return shipping fee and arrange reshipment after we inspect the returned goods.
• For personal reason returns (size issue, style dissatisfaction, accidental order, etc.), you need to afford all outgoing and return shipping fees. The original shipping charge you paid at checkout is non-refundable.
• Please securely repack returned items and mark your order number on the outer shipping box. We do not take responsibility for loss or damage during return transit.
We shall not be liable for shipment delay, package loss, damage or delivery failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, public health emergencies, government traffic restrictions, courier strikes and international logistics suspension. Under such circumstances, we will provide reasonable solutions including logistics follow-up, reshipment or order refund.
