Refund policy

Overview

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All return requests must be submitted within this 14-day window to be eligible for approval.

Return Eligibility Requirements

All returned items must be sent back in their original, unused, unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing original attachments.
You must provide your original order receipt or purchase confirmation email to verify your purchase when submitting a return application.
Final sale items are not applicable to this return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping & Handling Fee

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels or cover any outbound, inbound, customs, duty or brokerage fees generated during the return shipment.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount once your returned package is received and inspected. This handling fee covers order processing, product inspection, repackaging and administrative costs for return handling.

How to Initiate a Return

Please submit your return request by emailing us at service@deotaland.ai within the 14-day return period. Kindly include your order number, contact information and reason for returning the item in your email.
We will review your application and send you detailed return shipping instructions and our designated return address once approved.
Items sent back to us without prior official return approval will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost, with no refund issued.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us via service@deotaland.ai right away with clear photos or videos as proof. We will assess the issue and arrange a proper solution for you. For quality/ shipping damage issues, the return restocking fee may be waived upon our confirmation.

Refund Process Timeline

After we receive, inspect and confirm your returned item meets our return requirements, we will notify you of your refund approval.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, after deducting the 15% restocking fee and return shipping expenses you have incurred.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time for the fund to be credited back to your account. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact our customer service via service@deotaland.ai.

Exchange Instructions

The fastest way to exchange your item is to submit a return application for your original product. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new separate order for your desired replacement item directly on our store.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union region, you hold the statutory right to cancel your order or return goods within 14 days without providing any reason. All return eligibility rules, shipping liability and 15% restocking fee mentioned above shall still apply to EU return orders.
